If you're looking to circumvent online blocks and enhance your online privacy, use our quick guide on how to configure proxies on an iPhone.  

On your iPhone:

Purchase your residential proxies here from the Rampage Dashboard. Once purchased, navigate to "Settings" > "Wi-Fi" > Select the "i" as shown to take you into your wifi connection settings. This is where you will set up the proxy server.

Configuring Your Proxy Server:

Once you've made it into the connection settings, you'll then need to configure the proxy server. To do this, scroll down to "Configure Proxy" being sure to select "Manual". This will open up the configuration settings. You'll then be asked for 4 settings:

1. Server
2. Port (Toggle "Authentication" on)
3. Username
4. Password  

As a reminder: all our proxies are structured like so, separated by a colon. [IP/SERVER]:[PORT]:[USERNAME]:[PASSWORD]  

Checking Your Proxy Server

Once done, you may be prompted for authentication and password again by the phone. If needs be, repeat the following username and password to connect to the proxy server.

An easy way to check if you are connected to the server is to navigate to the this site. As you can see, I was using a German proxy as part of this guide, and the tester shows this as active and my location to be in Germany.

All being correct, you're now setup and ready to go. To disable the proxy server, turn this to "Off" in the "Configure Proxy" setting as shown earlier.
